The website is operated and owned by Joline Saunders of Main Street, Adlestrop, Moreton in Marsh, Glos. GL56 0UN.   Joline Saunders is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, hypnotist and NLP practitioner providing therapy services both face to face, online and via products.

This website contains online products intended to help you benefit from the positive effects of hypnosis and NLP.

Hypnosis, hypnotherapy and NLP should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care. Always take advice from your Doctor or other medical professionals before using our products if you have an underlying physical or emotional problem.

• download the hypnosis download as an MP3 file onto a single computer or by any other means agreed between us from time to time;
• save a copy of the hypnosis download onto a CD, tape, mini-disc, MP3 player or onto the hard drive of your computer;
• use the hypnosis download by listening to it for your own personal use in accordance with any instructions given to you by us.

You must not use any content of the website or the hypnosis downloads or any other of our online products for any commercial purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend the website at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We may terminate your use of the website with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms. Refund Policy
By purchasing and downloading our digital content within the 14 day cancellation period of the Consumer Contracts Regulations you agree to waive your cancellation rights under this act. Currently we do not offer refunds for any MP3 Downloads or online products unless specifically stated at time of purchase.

By purchasing and downloading our products you are agreeing to this policy. If you experience any problem with your products please inform us within 2 working days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue. A replacement product or download may be sent at our discretion such as when an mp3 has not downloaded properly.

Please note we are unable to offer technical support on how to download our products.  Our digital products are sold to you as MP3’s.
